What it does
Vertical packs are first-party playbooks. Not generic templates. Each pack ships a curated set of message templates, multi-step automations, behavioral auto-tag rules, and (where it fits) industry-specific UI like the Auction Bidder Context Card and Auction-Day Mode toggle.
Under the hood
- Each pack is a workspace package: `@drxcrm/verticals-{name}`.
- All workflow seeds pass the same `validateGraph` check the canvas uses. They're real automations, not fixtures.
- Idempotent seed function. Re-running pack install doesn't duplicate.
- Auction-Day Mode is a gate that fires first in the send pipeline, zero I/O.
