Privacy Policy

We collect (a) account information you provide directly (name, email, organization, billing details), (b) operational data generated by your use of the service (messages sent and received via RocketText, campaign metadata, audit logs, error reports), and (c) standard technical metadata (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) needed to operate and secure the platform.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer message content to train AI models. AI features that process your message content run inference-only and discard inputs after the response is returned.

We use information to (a) provide and operate the service, (b) deliver messages to carrier networks, (c) prevent fraud, abuse, and TCPA violations, (d) bill and reconcile usage, (e) provide product support, and (f) improve the platform (in aggregated or de-identified form).

We share information only with the subprocessors required to operate the service: Telnyx (carrier delivery), Stripe (billing), Neon (database hosting), Anthropic (AI inference), Resend (transactional email), Sentry and PostHog (operational telemetry).

We share customer message content with subprocessors only when strictly required to deliver a message or fulfill an explicit feature you have enabled. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@rockettext.co. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have the additional rights set out in the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We retain account information for the life of your account and for 90 days after termination, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate audit purposes. Message content and delivery metadata are retained for the duration of your account plus 24 months for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact security@rockettext.co immediately.
